WE RECORD THE BASELINE

Before touching anything, the technician takes arrival readings: supply and return temperatures, pressures, amp draw and static pressure. Those numbers become the comparison point that proves whether the service actually improved anything.

STEP 02

WE CLEAN

Condenser fins, blower wheel, accessible evaporator surfaces, drain pan and the area around the outdoor unit. Most performance loss in a Middle Tennessee cooling system is simply accumulated dirt in places nobody looks.

WE TEST ELECTRICAL
